ElAyEs · Yeah, I don't think burritos or sandwiches or anything with bread (including tortillas, croutons, etc.) will taste good at all after 12 hours of cold storage. It gets all wet and gross.

I would say 5 days is "safe", especially if you nuke (microwave - does anyone else call it that?) it. But I would remove the tortilla and scrape out any sour cream which I think tends to taste really strange after a day or so.

jessica · sour cream and guacamole tend to get really gross and do not reheat well. but the rest of it seems fine to me.
