Hawaiian BBQ Marinade

Ingredients
- ¤ 1/4 Cup of Pineapple juice
- ¤ 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
- ¤ 1 Tablespoon of Ginger, Grated
- ¤ 1/4 Cup of Lime Juice
- ¤ 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- ¤ 2 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- ¤ 2 Tablespoon of Ketchup
- ¤ 1 Tablespoon of Garlic, Minced
- ¤ To Taste of Salt & Pepper, Just a touch, really.
Instructions
This marinade is very straightforward to prepare. It's just about all liquid ingredients and you pretty much just mash them together in a good sized bowl after measuring them out. From there, slice your tofu (or chicken) and let it soak in this marinade for at least an hour or two while in a plastic bag or Tupperware in your refrigerator. Throw them on the BBQ. EAT.
