Toast with herbed goat cheese and tomatoes

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. A good sourdough toasted with herbed goat cheese (sometimes a nice brie) and yummy little tomatoes. It's great with smoked salmon added between the cheese and tomatoes.
Another favorite is sourdough toast with almond butter and apricot orange jam. But that one doesn't photograph so well!
