Description
This was the end result of a Flourless Chocolate Cake attempt. As I was removing the pan from the oven to check if it was done, the pan slipped out of my hand and landed, of course, upside down on the oven door. Turns out it wasn't done yet as the uncooked center proceeded to oooze all over the hot door. I scraped up what could be recovered and, at my wife's suggestion, served it anyway, topped with the ganache that should have adorned the finished cake.
