Latte Art - A Video

I posted a long time ago about how I thought the to-go cup had ruined espresso drinks.  I dont really want to revisit that, however I came across this video, which while I am interested in it from a pure geekery standpoint, it is pretty lame.  Or maybe its cool.  Who knows!
