There is a Khoisan language in Botswana called G|ui. Khoisan languages are the so-called African "click languages", which are famously captivating.

And so it turns out that in G|ui, there are a number of perceptual "food texture verbs", which can be used to describe, I believe, the "mouthfeel" of different foods.

I think this is a pretty incredible list, but "Water with Dust" bums me out.
