Food Geekery - Cakes

I am a geek, for sure.  I like food as we all know.  I have been keeping a list of some links I like for food geekery.  I think there are a number of different types of food geekery: One comes in the form of Alton Brown and his seemingly immense food knowledge, the other comes in the form of the output of the cooking (or baking).  Here are a few photos of true, food geekery.  I am going to try and make this a column about food geekery, would love other people to contribute, in any way.  Click through the images for full size.
