Alive With Flavor

It feels like forever since we started pouring work and thought into this place, and now here we are! Our beta phase is over and we're live to the world!

We like to start things like this off with a launch song; sort of like an Academy Fight Song, only more soothing:

FoodProof has really surprised us. We've learned a ton, have made new friends, and have worn a million different hats along the way. Now that we're live, we barely know what to say. If you're just visiting FoodProof for the first time, we hope that what you'll take away from this place is a sense of honesty and openness. We also hope that you'll stick around and add to the community with your own ideas and views, but we understand that there's got to be some trust there first.

Anyway, we'll let you get back to the foodstuffs, but before we go, we'd like to try to sum up our feelings and hopes for FoodProof, so we have something to refer back to later:

FoodProof is a place where we can share the everyday joys of cooking and eating. Food is a common good, and something that brings people together effortlessly. We think that anything with that power should be celebrated and explored, so here we are. Thank you very much for stopping by.
